To return an item, you will first need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please click here to request an RMA number, and then follow the return instructions.
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please contact us by chat or email to request an RMA number.
Exchanging an item:
We do not exchange for a different item. Replacements are for the exact same model. If you would like a different item, you would need to return the item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item you want.
