Returning a combo item for replacement is the same as returning any other item. Refunds, however, are different: if you only return part of the combo deal**, the combo discount will be subtracted from your refund. For example:

- Why do we subtract the combo discount? If we don’t, you would only be returning half of the combo—while still getting a full refund and keeping Item 2 for free. To get a full refund, you must return the entire combo.
- If the combo discount is greater than the price of the item, you will not be able to refund that item by itself (the refund amount would be negative). It must be returned with other items of value.
