If you can’t cancel your order and don’t see that option available, then the order is now past or in the packaging stage.
However you do have a few options:
- If your order was sold and shipped by Newegg, you can set up a return for qualifying items once your package is received.

- For orders sold by a third-party seller, you will need to reach out to the Marketplace seller directly to try to cancel your order before it ships, but this is not guaranteed.
- If the order can no longer be cancelled, you have the option to set up a return for qualifying items once the package is received.
