Why can’t I cancel my order?

If you can’t cancel your order and don’t see that option available, then the order is now past or in the packaging stage.

However you do have a few options:

  1.  If your order was sold and shipped by Newegg, you can set up a return for qualifying items once your package is received.
    • If you plan to refuse delivery, you can find further details and requirements here.
  2. For orders sold by a third-party seller, you will need to reach out to the Marketplace seller directly to try to cancel your order before it ships, but this is not guaranteed.
    • If the order can no longer be cancelled, you have the option to set up a return for qualifying items once the package is received.
Important: If you plan to return an item, be sure to keep your package closed.
