Once your order is processed, an electronic copy of your invoice is available directly from your Newegg account. You can view it on screen, print a physical copy, or save it as a PDF — and you can do all of this whether you checked out signed in or as a guest. Follow the steps below for your situation.
Access Your Invoice (Signed-In Customers)
1. Sign in to your Newegg account.
Use the Login page to access your account with your registered email address and password.
2. Open Order History.
Go to My Account → Order History and locate the order you’d like an invoice for.
3. Select Order Details / Invoice.
Click Order Details / Invoice next to the order to open the full invoice view.
4. Print or save your invoice.
On the invoice screen, click Print to send it to a connected printer or to save it as a PDF using your browser’s print-to-PDF option.
Access Your Invoice (Guest Checkout)
1. Use the guest order lookup tool.
If you checked out as a guest, open Find Your Order and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open Order Details / Invoice.
On the Order History screen, select Order Details / Invoice to view the full invoice for that order.
3. Print or save your invoice.
On the invoice screen, click Print to download a PDF copy or send it directly to a printer.
Note: Newegg cannot modify the details on an existing invoice, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, or billing information.
