Order Status & History

Orders take 1-2 business days to process, this includes Marketplace orders. You’ll receive tracking info via email. If you have an account, you can either log in to check the status of your order from the Order History or by doing the following:

  1. Go to the website footer and click “Track an Order” under Customer Service.
  2. Enter the email address used when placing the order
  3. Add in the security code sent to via email/text.
  4. View order history list.
Note: If you placed a guest order, you can use the same “Track an Order” link to pull up your order details.
