There are no limits to how often you can take advantage of these benefits! Signing up is easy and can be done through your account settings page where you will see a “Newegg+” option under the “Manage Account” section. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one then opt-in for Newegg+.
From within the Newegg+ section within your account, once you are a member, you can manage your membership and also choose if you would like to opt-out/in of any marketing emails/SMS.

Newegg+ Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to the Newegg+ Membership program, and are subject to the Newegg.com Policy & Agreement found here, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Newegg.com website, all of which, as changed over time, are incorporated into these Terms. These Terms apply to the Newegg website located at www.newegg.com, the Newegg App, and all other sites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where these Terms appear or are linked (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms are between you and Newegg, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Newegg” or “Us”), and govern our respective rights and obligations.
Newegg+ Benefits
Access to all Newegg+ Benefits of the Newegg+ program requires that members are in good standing.
Free Shipping:
Newegg+ members receive free standard shipping on a wide selection of items at Newegg.com or through the Newegg App within the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders featuring the Newegg+ badge will receive priority order processing on eligible items.
Newegg+ shipping benefits depend upon inventory availability, order deadlines, and in some cases the shipping address. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Shipping fees for orders to these locations will be calculated and displayed during checkout and/or on the product page after the delivery address has been entered. They are limited to certain products sold by Newegg (or participating third-party sellers) on the Newegg website that offer Newegg+ shipping benefits. Products eligible for Newegg+ will be designated as such on their product pages and/or descriptions. Some special product, order, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for Newegg+ free shipping, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect Newegg+ eligibility. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to size, weight, quantities, delivery address or vendor constraints. Order minimum may apply. Exclusive Offers and Member-Only Deals:
Newegg+ members receive early access to exclusive deals and product launches as part of their membership benefits. For eligible products, members will enjoy additional savings with member-only discounts in addition to any regular Newegg promotions.
Early access to products and deals is subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as product demand and inventory levels. Newegg cannot guarantee the availability of specific products during the early access period. While Newegg aim to provide early access to product launches, release dates are subject to change without notice as we do not control the release schedules of third-party products and therefore cannot guarantee specific launch dates. Not all products may be eligible for early access. Certain items or deals may be excluded from the early access benefit based on manufacturer restrictions, promotional agreements, or other factors. Newegg reserves the right to change or cancel early access offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of changes or cancellations, Newegg will make reasonable efforts to inform members in advance, but we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such actions.
Member-only discounts will require the use of a unique discount code provided exclusively to Newegg+ members. Members must enter the discount code at checkout to apply the discount to their purchase. Member-only discounts are subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as product demand, inventory levels, and promotional periods. While we strive to offer a wide selection of discounted items, availability cannot be guaranteed for all products or categories. Not all products or promotions may be eligible for member-only discounts. Certain items or promotions may be excluded from member-only discounts based on manufacturer restrictions, promotional agreements, or other factors. The discounted price of items is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices or modify discount percentages at any time, including during promotional periods. Member-only discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as credit towards other purchases within the Newegg+ program or elsewhere. Newegg reserves the right to change or cancel early access and/or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. While member-only discounts may provide opportunities for additional savings on select items, we do not guarantee that Newegg+ members will always receive the lowest prices compared to regular retail or promotional prices. Savings may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, market conditions and product availability. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of member-only discounts, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Bonus Discounts on Product Warranties:
Newegg+ members receive a 10% discount on product warranties, which enhances the value of both the purchase and membership.
The 10% discount on product warranties applies only to select warranties offered through the Newegg+ program. Not all warranties may be eligible for this discount, and certain warranty types or products may be excluded at our discretion. The additional discount on warranties may have an expiration date or may be subject to renewal terms. Members should review the terms and conditions of each warranty offer for details on eligibility, duration, and renewal options. The discounted price of warranties is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices or modify discount percentages at any time, including during promotional periods or as a result of changes in supplier agreements. The additional discount on warranties does not alter the terms or coverage provided by the warranty itself. Members should carefully review the warranty terms, limitations, and coverage details before purchasing to ensure it meets their needs and expectations. The 10% discount on warranties is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. The discount on warranties has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as credit towards other purchases within the Newegg+ program or elsewhere.
Enhanced Returns:
Newegg+ members enjoy expedited return processing for eligible items.
Expedited return processing applies only to eligible items purchased through the Newegg+ program. Certain items may not qualify for expedited processing and will be subject to standard return procedures. Expedited return processing is contingent upon the item being returned meeting our return policy criteria, additional requirements may apply at Newegg’s sole discretion. While Newegg strives to expedite return processing, the actual processing time may vary depending on factors such as the volume of returns, shipping carrier timelines, and inspection procedures. We do not guarantee same-day processing and cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Refunds for returned items will be issued in accordance with our standard refund policy and may be subject to processing fees or deductions as outlined in the terms and conditions of the ABC+ program. See Return Policy for more information. Expedited return processing benefits are non-transferable and are intended for the personal use of the member only. Members may not transfer this benefit to third parties or use it for commercial purposes. Certain items may be excluded from expedited return processing. Newegg is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the expedited return processing benefit, except to the extent caused by Newegg’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Dedicated Customer Service Line:
As Newegg+ members, you will have access to a dedicated Newegg+ customer service line for prompt and personalized assistance.
Access to the dedicated customer service line is subject to availability during specified hours of operation. While we strive to provide prompt assistance, there may be occasions when our customer service representatives are unavailable due to high call volumes or unforeseen circumstances. The dedicated customer service line is intended to provide support for inquiries related to Newegg+ membership benefits, orders placed through the Newegg+ program, and general customer service inquiries. Assistance for certain issues, such as technical support for third-party products or services, may be limited or unavailable. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the inquiry and the availability of our customer service team. We do not guarantee immediate resolution of all inquiries and cannot be held liable for delays in response or resolution. Our customer service representatives strive to provide personalized assistance tailored to the needs of each Newegg+ member. However, please note that certain inquiries may require additional information or follow-up, which may extend the resolution timeframe.
Additional Benefits
From time to time, Newegg may offer additional benefits to Newegg+ members at its discretion. Such additional benefits may include trial or pilot benefits offered to select Newegg+ members, and Newegg reserves the right to choose the participating members in its sole discretion.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media and product manufacturer sites. Newegg isn’t responsible for their actions, privacy settings, policies, or content. Before using any sharing features or visiting these sites, please review their terms, policies, and settings. Newegg does not endorse these third-party sites. Other sites may link to the Site with or without our authorization, and we may block any links to or from the Site. Your use of third-party websites and resources is at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy
If you no longer wish to be a Newegg+ member, you can cancel your Newegg+ membership at anytime by visiting your Newegg account page. Canceling Newegg+ membership will cease all access to Newegg+ benefits and other third-party benefits, if any. In addition, to the extent that you sign up for any benefit with a third-party partner, any fees paid may be non-refundable and will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the third-party partner, and disclosed to you, at the time of sign up.
Program Availability
The Newegg+ program benefits are subject to availability and may be limited by inventory and/or other factors beyond Newegg’s control. Availability of the Newegg+ Benefits may vary based on factors such as product demand, inventory levels, supplier agreements, and logistical constraints. Some benefits, such as early access to products and deals, may be limited by inventory availability. While we strive to offer a wide selection of items to our Newegg+ members, certain products or deals may have limited quantities or may sell out quickly. The availability of certain benefits may also be influenced by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, manufacturing issues, shipping disruptions, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters or global crises. While we make every effort to ensure the availability of program benefits, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to all benefits at all times. Circumstances beyond our control may impact the availability or delivery of certain benefits. We strive to provide fair access to program benefits for all eligible members. In cases where demand exceeds supply, benefits may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or through other fair allocation methods determined by Newegg at its sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to the availability of program benefits to our members in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee that all members will be notified individually of availability changes. Participation in the Newegg+ program does not guarantee access to specific benefits or exclusive offers. While Newegg aims to provide a valuable and rewarding experience for our members, the availability of benefits may vary over time. Newegg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Newegg+ benefits, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We may also change the terms or conditions of benefits, including availability criteria, at our discretion.
Opt-Out of Promotional Emails
Newegg+ members have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails from Newegg while still enjoying the benefits of the Newegg+ program. Opting out of promotional emails does not affect your eligibility for program benefits or your ability to access and utilize program features. By opting out of promotional emails, you will continue to have access to benefits as outlined in these Terms. Opting out of promotional emails does not result in any penalty or loss of program benefits. You will still receive the same level of service and access to benefits as other Newegg+ members who choose to receive promotional emails. While you may opt out of promotional emails, please note that we may still send you non-promotional emails related to Newegg+ program and your Newegg+ membership, such as transactional emails, account updates, or important program announcements. These communications are necessary for the administration and operation of the Newegg+ program. You have the flexibility to update your email preferences at any time. If you choose to opt back in to receiving promotional emails in the future, you can do so by updating your preferences in your Newegg+ account settings or contacting our customer service team. Newegg is committed to respecting your communication preferences. While you may opt out of promotional emails, please note that you may still encounter promotional content or advertisements on our website, mobile app, or other marketing channels. Opting out of promotional emails does not guarantee that you will be entirely free from exposure to promotional content.
Agreement Changes
We may in our discretion change these Terms or any aspect of Newegg+ membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR NEWEGG+ MEMBERSHIP.
Termination of Membership by Newegg
We may terminate your Newegg+ membership at our discretion without notice. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation of Liability
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN NEWEGG’S POLICY AND AGREEMENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID, IF ANY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR NEWEGG+ MEMBERSHIP.
Additional Limitations
- Newegg reserves the right to accept or refuse membership in its discretion.
- You may not transfer or assign your Newegg+ membership or any Newegg+ benefits, including any applicable promotion codes for Newegg+ memberships or benefits.
- Newegg+ members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Newegg+ benefits.
- Some Newegg+ benefits may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them.
- From time to time, Newegg may choose in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, add or terminate Newegg+ membership benefits without prior notice.
