California residents can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To do so, complete the CCPA Agent Authorization Form in full and return it to Newegg using the instructions below.
How to Submit the Form
1. Download the form.
Open the CCPA Agent Authorization Form for Newegg and save a copy to your device.
2. Complete every field.
Fill out the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms may be rejected.
3. Submit the form to Newegg.
