What is the benefit of joining the subscription program for physical items?

Newegg offers free shipping plus a discounted price for each subscription order. Customers can enjoy a premium shopping experience and also pay less than a regular order. Customers can adjust the delivery date for the future order and we will try to deliver it around the date that’s chosen. (Minimum 2 orders for each subscription is required.)

For digital items subscription program: What is the difference between Month to Month and Commitment Subscription?

Month to Month: Customer can cancel the subscription on a monthly basis. If the customer chooses to cancel the subscription, he/she can still enjoy the subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Commitment subscription: Customer is committed to pay for the monthly subscription fee for a set period of time (for example, 12 months or 24 months). Usually, the monthly payment is lower than the month to month type of subscription. However, early cancellation of the commitment subscription will result in a penalty charge.

What is the penalty charge for the commitment subscription? How do you calculate the penalty charge?

If the customer fails to finish the monthly payment before the contract ends, or the customer wants to cancel all/part of the subscription license key, the penalty charge will be incurred. Penalty charge: 50% x remaining months x monthly payment x QTY subscribed.

Can I apply promo codes to my subscription order?

Yes, you can apply promo codes towards the first subscription order.

What is the return policy for subscription orders?

There is no subscription program specific return policy. The item return policy remains the same.

What is the payment method for the subscription program?

We accept credit card as the only payment method.

What happens if the item I subscribed to becomes not available?

This should not happen very often, but if it does happen, we will inform you via email and cancel the subscription for you. You can always check back to see if the item is available for subscription again and reactivate the subscription from the “My Subscriptions” page.

Can I adjust the quantity or delivery date for my subscription item?

Yes, you can edit your subscription from the “My Subscriptions” page.

Can I use “Will Call” service for subscription order?

No.

Does the Newegg Subscription Program deliver outside of the United States?

No. Currently, we only ship subscription orders to the lower 48 States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international addresses.
