How To Create and Ship Your Return

Returning a Newegg item is easier than ever with our new self-help features. Once your return is created, you’ll need to make sure that it’s packaged well and that the return label is added to the box.

How to return an item to Newegg

  1. Sign in then find your order within your order history
    • As a guest customer, you can Find Your Order here
  2. Select either Refund or Replace . This is located to the right of the order number. (refund eligibility may vary by product).
  3. Select the item you would like to return.
  4. Select the return reason from the drop down. You may also provide additional notes in the field below.
  5. Click Submit Return and you’ll be provided with steps to prepare your package for return and to print a label if one is provided or purchased.
    • Once we’ve received your return, we’ll have it processed within 2 business days.
    • If related to a special case such as damaged, lost package, etc. processing time frames will be emailed to you.
    • If you need multiple shipping labels, please create a separate return for each product.

How to package and ship your return

Please make sure that the products you are returning are placed in their original retail box with all accessories, with all retail packaging (original Styrofoam, inner boxes, fasteners, etc.). Some Open Box and Recertified products are shipping without the retail box, please use the product packaging that was sent to you for these items.

  1. Place the packaged item inside of a shipping box with the original shipping material used to keep the product safe inside the shipping box for the return trip to the warehouse.
  2. If you do not have the original shipping box or inner protective packaging, you can use any shipping box or inner packaging found at your local shipping carrier or package materials store.
  3. Tape the shipping box securely and affix the return label and shipping label on the outside of the box. Be sure to remove any previous shipping labels.
Note: If your item was delivered as a large item delivery, we will need to assist you with arranging a pick up from the carrier that delivered your item. This includes large TVs, large home appliances or anything that was identified as “Large Item Shipping” when you placed your order. Please contact Newegg Customer Service here to arrange return shipping for a return on these items.

Issues Printing a Return Label

**Not applicable for international returns. US and Canada only**

If you receive return label and are unable to print it at home, you can go to a UPS store and ask the UPS representative to print the label based on the QR code located on the return label. To get to the QR code, please do the following:

  1. From within your RMA label email, click on the “Return Label & QR Code” button
  2. Scroll down to view the QR code
  3. Show the QR code to the UPS representative so they can scan and print it.
