Finding an item’s return policy

Every item on Newegg has its return policy listed on its product page, so you can confirm the return window and whether replacements are accepted before you buy. If you already placed an order, you can also check exactly how many days you have left to return each item.

Check an item’s return policy

1. Open the item’s product page on Newegg.
Search for the item or open it from your order history.

2. Click the Warranty & Returns tab.
It sits in the row of tabs near the top of the product page, alongside Overview, Specs, and Reviews.

3. Look under Return Policies.
You’ll see the return window for refund, the return window for replacement, and a link to the full standard policy that covers this item.

Marketplace items: If the item is sold by a third-party Marketplace seller, the return policy on that product page is the seller’s policy — not Newegg’s. Always confirm specifics with the seller before returning.

See days left to return

1. Open your order history.
Find the order with the item you’d like to return.

2. Click Replace or Return.
The button appears in the top-right of the order. (Once you click it, you can still cancel before submitting.)

3. Find the days remaining.
On the next page, look directly under each item’s info — the days left to start a return are listed in orange (for example, “16 days left to return”) along with the return-by date.

Window expired? If an item is past its return window, you may still have options — check the manufacturer’s warranty on the same Warranty & Returns tab, or contact Customer Service for help.
