Change Your Email
1. Open Account Settings.
Sign in to your Newegg account, then go to Manage Account → Account Settings.
2. Edit your Account Information.
Click Edit to the right of Account Information.
3. Enter your new email and save.
Fill in the Email Address field with your new email, then click Update.
Heads up: Your email is also your sign-in ID. After updating it, use your new email the next time you log in.
Change Your Password
1. Open Account Settings.
Sign in to your Newegg account, then go to Manage Account → Account Settings.
2. Edit the Password section.
Find the Password section and click Edit.
3. Enter your new password and save.
Type your new password, confirm it, then click Save Changes.
Password requirements
Your password must be 8 to 30 characters long and include at least 3 of the following:
• Uppercase letters (A-Z)
• Lowercase letters (a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Special characters (@, #, $, etc.)
