Some items on Newegg display a Make an Offer option (US only, on the desktop site, mobile site, and Newegg app). This lets you propose a different price and quantity than what’s listed by the seller.
How to Submit an Offer
1. Click “Make an Offer” on the item page.
Look for the Make an Offer button on the product page of an eligible item.
2. Choose your quantity and price.
In the pop-up, select the quantity you’d like and the amount you want to pay per item, then click Continue.
3. Sign in and add your details.
Sign in or create a Newegg account, then enter your payment and shipping information. Only credit and debit cards are accepted for the Make an Offer feature.
4. Wait for a response.
You’ll typically get a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If push notifications are enabled, you’ll be alerted on your device. Otherwise, look for a chat bubble with the offer details.
What Happens Next
|
Accepted Your offer is turned into an order and the payment method on file is charged. You’ll receive standard order confirmation and tracking emails. |
Declined If declined, you can submit a new offer if you’d like to try again. |
Counteroffer The seller proposes a different price. You can accept, decline, or send your own counteroffer in response. |
Good to Know
Each item has minimum price and quantity limits. You’ll be notified before submission if your requested price or quantity is too low. There’s also a maximum number of offers that can be submitted on each item within a given time frame; both the limit and the time window vary by item.
Checking Your Offers and Sending Counteroffers
You can review your submitted offers and send counteroffers from your account settings under the Offers section. When sending a counteroffer, you can adjust both the quantity and the price.
