A mail-in rebate is a partial refund from the manufacturer after you buy a qualifying item. The rebate amount isn’t subtracted from the listed price — you pay full price at checkout, then submit the rebate form to receive a check or Newegg store credit. • On the product page — rebate links appear under the price on any qualifying item.
• In your order history — a Print Rebate link sits next to any eligible order.
• In the Rebate Center — browse all current rebates or search by item number.

Apply for a mail-in rebate
1. Open your order history and find the order with the rebate.
Click the Print Rebate link next to that order.
2. Open the rebate form.
Click the link inside the rebate form that pops up. The form opens in a new tab.
3. Fill out the form.
Enter your information and choose how you’d like to be paid — Newegg store credit or a check mailed to your address — then click Submit.
4. Mail the completed form.
Follow the mailing instructions printed on the form. Most rebates require the original UPC barcode and a copy of your invoice. Watch for the submission deadline.
Heads up: Rebate forms are not included in your shipment. You’ll need to print them from the rebate page online.
Track a submitted rebate
1. Open the rebate processor’s website.
The URL is printed on the rebate form you submitted. (Different manufacturers use different processors.)
2. Enter your tracking information.
Look for the rebate tracking section and enter whatever details the page asks for — usually your name, address, and rebate or tracking number.
3. View the status.
You’ll be able to see where your rebate is in the process and, on most processor sites, email yourself a copy of the form.
