If you can’t cancel your Newegg global order and don’t see that option available, then the order is now past or in the packaging stage. However you do have a few options:
- If your order was sold and shipped by Newegg, you can set up a return for qualifying items once your package is received. Be sure to not refuse your International packages. If you need assistance with a return, please contact Newegg Customer Service.
- If your order was sold by a third-party seller, you can reach out to the Marketplace seller directly to try to cancel your order before it ships but this is not guaranteed. If the order can no longer be cancelled, you have the option to set up a return for qualifying items once the package is received.
