If you receive an error message when you try to apply a promo code to your order, it may be due to one of several reasons:
• You’re not eligible to use the code. Most promo codes require you to be subscribed to our newsletter for at least 24 hours; others are restricted to individual customers and cannot be shared.
• The code has expired.
• The code isn’t valid for the item being purchased.
• One code per item, one use only. You can use a promo code only once, and only one promo code per item.
• It can’t be combined. Promo codes cannot be combined with combo discounts or applied to items with free gifts.
• The promotion is out of funding. Promo codes typically end on their listed expiration date or when the inventory or funding reserved for the promotion runs out — whichever comes first.
