At Newegg, we work hard to deliver great prices every day. Our Price Match Policy applies when the price of an item you purchased drops on Newegg.com — so if it gets cheaper shortly after you buy, you can ask us to make up the difference.
How Price Match works
1. Purchase an eligible item sold and shipped by Newegg on Newegg.com.
2. If the price of that same item drops on Newegg.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase, you may request a price match.
3. To request a price match, contact Customer Service.
How you’re credited: If approved, the price difference is issued as a Newegg Customer Care card, good on Newegg.com or the mobile app for 365 days from the date of issue. The lower price must be for the exact same item — same model number, item number, and specifications — and is subject to verification.
What qualifies
The lower price is listed on Newegg.com for the exact same item (same model number, item number, and specifications).
The item is sold and shipped by Newegg — not a Marketplace or third-party seller.
The item is in stock, and the lower price is active and valid at the time of your request.
The purchase was made within the United States.
What’s excluded
Prices on external competitor sites (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc.).
Prices on a manufacturer’s website.
Prices from third-party Marketplace sellers on Newegg.com.
Requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase.
Items offered free or with a rebate, coupon, promotional gift card, or promotional credit.
Items offered as part of a bundle or financing offer.
Clearance or closeout items.
Combo deals based on individual item price drops — only a price reduction on the full combo listing qualifies.
Items out of stock, not available for immediate shipment, or offered in limited quantities.
Open box or refurbished items.
Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation.
Prices resulting from a typographical error.
Exclusive major-holiday sales event prices — including FantasTech Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Doorbusters, and Shell Shocker.
Newegg reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Policy at any time without notice, but will honor any eligible price-match request for an item purchased before the policy is discontinued.
