At Newegg, we work hard to deliver great prices every day. Starting December 15, 2025, our Price Match Policy will apply only when the price of an item you purchased drops on Newegg.com.
How does Price Match Work?
- 1. Purchase an eligible item sold and shipped by Newegg on Newegg.com.
- 2. If the price of that same item drops on Newegg.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase, you may request a price match.
- 3. To request a Price Match, please contact Customer Service.
The lower price must be listed on Newegg.com for the exact same item, including the same model number, item number, and specifications.
Newegg will match the price subject to verification and the terms below. The cost difference will be credited to you in the form of a Newegg Customer Care card which is good for use on the Newegg.com website or the Newegg mobile application for 365 calendar days from date of issue.
Newegg reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Policy at any time without notice but will honor any eligible price matching requests for an item purchased from Newegg prior to the date the Price Match Policy is discontinued.
Price Match Terms & Exclusions
The Price Match Policy applies only to identical items sold and shipped by Newegg that meet the following conditions:
- The lower price must be listed on Newegg.com for the exact same item, including the same model number, item number, and specifications.
- The item must be sold and shipped by Newegg (not by a Marketplace or third-party seller).
- The item must be in stock and the lower price active and valid at the time of the request.
- The Price Match only applies to purchases within the United States.
Exclusions
The Price Match Policy does not apply to:
- Prices listed on external competitor websites (including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc.).
- Prices from third-party Marketplace Sellers on Newegg.com.
- Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from purchase.
- Newegg’s item offered (a) for free or with rebate or coupon or promotional gift card/promotional credit, (b) as part of a bundled offer or financing offer, (c) as a clearance/closeout sale
- Newegg’s item which is out of stock/not available for immediate shipment or which is offered in limited quantities.
- Newegg’s item which is offered as open box or refurbished.
- Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation.
- Newegg’s advertised Price which is the result of a typographical error.
- Not valid on exclusive, major-holiday sales event prices offered by Newegg, including, but not limited to:
- FantasTech Sale
- Black Friday
- Cyber Monday
- Doorbusters
- Shell Shocker
