Packaging returns

Please make sure that the products you are returning are placed in their original retail box with all accessories, with all retail packaging (original Styrofoam, inner boxes, fasteners, etc.). Some Open Box and Recertified products are shipping without the retail box, please use the product packaging that was sent to you for these items. Place the packaged item inside of a shipping box with the original shipping material used to keep the product safe inside the shipping box for the return trip to the warehouse. If you do not have the original shipping box or inner protective packaging, you can use any shipping box or inner packaging found at your local shipping carrier or package materials store. Tape the shipping box securely and affix the return label and shipping label on the outside of the box. Be sure to remove any previous shipping labels.

Important Information:

If your item was delivered as a large item delivery, we will need to assist you with arranging a pick up from the carrier that delivered your item. This includes large TVs, large home appliances or anything that was identified as “Large Item Shipping” when you placed your order. Please contact Newegg Customer Service here to arrange return shipping for a return on these items.
