Order Status & History

This tutorial will walk you through the steps to view the status of your order. Please note that orders, including those from Marketplace sellers, typically require 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. You can check your order status by either clicking the link in your order confirmation email or by using the “Track an Order” feature on our website.

Order Placed with Newegg Account

View Order Detail

  • Sign into your Newegg Account:
  • Click on your account located on the top right of the page:
  • Under the My Account Tab, click on Order History:
  • Your Order History will include all your orders including and recent orders that are processing:

Accessing Order Status via Confirmation Email

  • From the order confirmation email email you received, click on View or Manage Order
  • You will be redirected to enter your email address
  • After you have entered your email address, you will be sent a verification code via Email/Text
  • Once verification is completed, you will be able to see your Orders and the Order status, Cancel/Return an Order, Report an Issue, and Get Product Help:

Accessing Order Status via Confirmation Email

  • From the order confirmation email email you received, click on View or Manage Order
  • You will be redirected to enter your email address
  • After you have entered your email address, you will be sent a verification code via Email
  • Once verification is completed, you will be able to see your Orders and the Order status, Cancel/Return an Order, Report an Issue, and Get Product Help:

Viewing Order Status via “Order Tracking” Site

    • Navigate to bottom of the Newegg Website and click on “Track an Order” under the Customer Service Section.
    • Enter the email address used to place the order
    • Enter the 6 digit security code sent to the email address provided for the order.
    • Once verification is completed, you will be able to click on the “Orders” You will be able to view the Order status, Cancel/Return an Order, Report an Issue, and Get Product Help.
