Unfortunately, it’s not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What’s covered under the plan?
Protection plan includes coverage for:

Mechanical or Electrical Malfunctions (after the manufacturer’s warranty expires)

Accidental Damage, including liquid damage
What isn’t covered?
HomeTech Protect does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear (paint peeling and screen scratches)
- Pre-existing flaws (issues inherent to the model)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, knicks, and damages that do not impede device function)
- Extreme Circumstances (abuse, misuse, intentional acts, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, fire, or flooding)
How do I file a claim?

Here’s what to know:

You may file a claim 30 days after enrollment

Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the incident

You’ll have 30 days to provide all required documentation (like proof of purchase)

A non-refundable deductible applies to each approved claim
What are the claim limits?

Up to $2,500 per approved claim

Maximum of $6,000 total coverage per year
How will my claim be fulfilled?
Depending on your device and location, Likewize may:

Provide a prepaid label for mail-in repair

Offer in-home repair (for televisions only)

Issue a digital gift card reimbursement if the item cannot be repaired
Repairs include a 90-day warranty, and turnaround times vary based on the repair type and your location.
How much is the deductible?
Deductibles vary depending on the device type and damage.
