Can I still return my Laser Engraved computer?
Yes as long as your Laser Engraved product falls under the defective return reason within the return policy. Please read below for more details.
How do I return my item that is Laser Engraved?
Personalized products are not eligible for Newegg Standard Return Policy. You can only initiate a return if the product is defective. All the defective products will be inspected by Newegg’s Return Logistics Center before processing the refund. For all other return reasons, laser engraved products are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
