All customers shopping at Newegg.com are automatically enrolled during the duration of the Program.
Does the Program apply to all products across the entire Newegg.com site?

Does the Program guarantee the lowest price on the market?
The Program guarantees that our customers will get the lowest price on Newegg.com for products with a FantasTech Price Protection badge on the product page. The product must be sold and shipped by Newegg.com and purchased between September 28 and October 4, 2026.
Does the Program apply to lower prices found on other websites?
No. The Program only applies to eligible products sold on Newegg.com that display the FantasTech Price Protection badge. It does not apply to prices promoted on other websites.
Refunds & timing
Do I have to keep checking the price of the product I bought?
No. Our internal system checks the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between September 28 and October 4, 2026. If that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.com on or before October 11, 2026, Newegg automatically refunds the difference to the original payment method by October 21, 2026.
If the price of a product is lowered twice, will I receive two automatic refunds?
One lump sum will be automatically refunded to the original payment method by October 21, 2026. No further action is needed on your part.
How long does it take to get refunded if the price is lowered?
Refunds are processed automatically by October 21, 2026, and an email confirmation is sent to you. If you did not receive the automatic refund, please contact our Customer Service team.
Returns
Is my product still eligible for return after I receive the automatic refund?
Yes. The automatic refund from this Program will not affect the return eligibility of your order.
Will the automatic refund alter the return window of my purchase?
No. The automatic refund from this Program will not alter your return window for the eligible product(s).

Excludes: Shipping, Mail-In-Rebates, Combo Offers, Free Gifts and Promo Gift Cards. To be eligible for the price protection refund, item(s) must be purchased between September 28th through October 4th, 2026 and after your purchase if found to be promoted at a lower price on Newegg.com on or before October 11th, 2026. Price does not include any applicable sales tax and/or loyalty or membership discounts. Customers entitled to a price protection refund will have the price difference automatically refunded to the original payment method by October 21st, 2026.
