  • Ordering an out-of-stock item

    If an item is out of stock and there is no backorder option, click the Auto-Notify button, and we will email you as soon as we receive more inventory. This will not reserve the item or the price, but it may give you a better chance to purchase the item…

  • Signature requirement

    Certain types of orders automatically require a signature upon delivery. As long as your order is eligible, you can pay a small fee to include a signature requirement.

  • Return address

    Once you have set up a return, you can return your product to Newegg. Shipping a return To ship your return to us, please address it to our Returns Center in California. This address is for shipped product returns only. Returns will not be accepted in person at this location….

  • Split payment methods

    You can only split the payment on an order if you have a Newegg Gift Card as the second payment type.

  • Dropping off a return

    With Newegg’s shipping label, you’re more than welcome to drop off your return at a designated UPS drop off location.

  • Does Newegg ship to guests at hotels?
