• OEM and Bare Card/Drive items

    Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items are brand new, but meant for experienced users and system builders. Normally OEM items come in a plain box or plastic bag (“bare card” or “bare drive” packaging).

  • Returning a combo item

    Combo items can be returned for a replacement or a refund. The full amount will be refunded when combo items are returned. You also have the option to keep the combo item, and a discount will be subtracted from your refund.

  • Rush Processing

    Rush processing gives your order priority ahead of regular orders, giving it a better chance of shipping out the same business day.

    For product specifications and details, you can check the product page under the Specifications tab. If we do not have the info you need you can contact the manufacturer directly for more thorough and up-to-date info.

  • Testing or assembling an order

    We do not test or assemble orders except for some specially marked items that allow you to configure a gaming desktop.

  • Promotion code errors

    There may be several reasons why you might get a promo code error such as; the promo code has expired, etc. One way to resolve this is to subscribe to the Newegg newsletter since the majority of our promo codes are sent via email.
