Return a Marketplace Item

Returning a Marketplace item works the same way as a regular Newegg return — start from your Order History (or Find Your Order as a guest), click Refund or Replace next to the order, and follow the prompts. For full step-by-step instructions, see How to return an item.

What’s different from a regular return: Each Marketplace seller sets their own return policy, listed on their profile page — eligibility for refund or replacement depends on those terms. Processing for Marketplace returns typically takes 2–3 business days.

Returning multiple items

If you’re returning more than one item and they need to ship back separately, set up a separate return for each so every package gets its own shipping label.

Contact a Marketplace Seller

Marketplace sellers handle questions about their own listings — product details, shipping, returns, and refunds. There are two ways to reach them.

Before you order

Click the seller’s name on the product page to open their profile. You’ll find their contact information, customer rating, and return policy.

After you order

Open the order from your Order History, then use one of these options:

Report an Issue — for problems with the order or item.

Get Product Help — for questions about how the product works.

Seller’s name — opens their profile so you can message them directly.
