Estimated arrival date

Newegg shows the best-estimated arrival date for each item. Most orders need 1–2 business days to process before they ship, and that processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe.

Important: The estimated arrival date is an estimate — not a guaranteed delivery date.

Why might my package be delayed?

A few common reasons your delivery date may slip:

Order issue — an error with the product itself.

Inventory shortage.

Credit card verification — can take up to 2 business days.

Incorrect shipping or billing address.

Missing house number, unit number, or other address detail.

Weather conditions at origin or destination.

Customs review (international shipments).

What counts as a business day?

Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, U.S. federal holiday, or any other holiday observed by Newegg. If a Newegg-observed holiday falls on a Saturday, we generally observe it on the preceding Friday.

Newegg ships throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At checkout, available shipping methods and arrival estimates update based on your ZIP code.

Some restrictions apply. A handful of products have state-specific shipping rules or ground-only delivery requirements. See the dropdown at the bottom of this panel for the most common reasons an address can’t be shipped to.

To ship to a PO Box, select Super Eggsaver (4–7 business days) as your delivery method and write the PO Box on the first line of your address at checkout. Max weight 70 lbs.

Countries outside the United States, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Virgin Islands.

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses worldwide via USPS, typically in 10–15 business days on top of standard order processing. Include the recipient’s name, rank, and unit, plus the 9-digit ZIP. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination unit, military mail handling, and overseas routing.

Item restrictions: due to size, safety, and carrier rules, some items can’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO — including monitors 19″ and larger, DVDs, items with lithium batteries, hazardous items, and most Marketplace items. If something’s ineligible, you’ll see a note in your cart asking you to remove the item or change the destination.

If something goes wrong: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duty fees, taxes, and other related fees on these orders. Items aren’t cross-shipped, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your shipment is damaged or hasn’t arrived after 10–15 business days, please chat with us as soon as possible.

Yes, Newegg ships to guests at hotels. Use the hotel address with your name and room number (if known) at checkout. For special delivery scenarios — contact Customer Service.

Newegg.com ships to U.S. customers in the United States, as well as Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping options for non-U.S. customers are listed below. Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Newegg, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country/region.

When ordering products from Newegg for delivery from outside of your jurisdiction, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Newegg, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Export and Trade Compliance. Products purchased from the Site may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774, administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and economic sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). About Estimated VAT/GST & Duty

Newegg offers customers customs duties, taxes, and fees (“VAT/GST & Duty”) estimation during checkout for all international countries listed here.

When Newegg products are shipped to eligible countries, an estimate of the estimated VAT/GST & Duty will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. With your authorization, these funds are used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient’s behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination country. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped.

The Estimated VAT/GST & Duty is an estimation of the taxes and duties that may apply and isn’t an actual calculation. Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the date the taxes and duties were estimated and the applicable taxes and duties on the date of import into the destination country. The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by country and region.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the market value (actual price before any promotions) of the product and not the price after Newegg promotions. This allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods.

You won’t be charged additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the VAT/GST & Duty we estimated.

Note:

  • The cost to ship items from each product category to international destinations varies by item, shipment, and shipping option.
  • The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there’s a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country.

Why does it say we can’t ship to my address?

Some products are prohibited or can’t ship to certain delivery locations for a few reasons:

Your delivery location may be out of range of our shipping carriers.

If the item is sold and shipped by a Marketplace seller, the seller may have shipping restrictions in place — check with the seller directly.

Some products such as gaming desktops must meet specific regulations in certain states.

Some products are restricted to ground delivery (no air shipping).

Certain restricted products can’t be delivered to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination. You’ll get a tracking number by email when the carrier picks up your package.

Shipping time starts after your order ships. Processing takes 1–2 business days before the carrier picks it up, so factor that in when estimating delivery.

Large Item Delivery handles big items like TVs and major appliances. Adult signature is required on these deliveries.

Most items: within 3–5 business days.

Major appliances: within 7–10 business days.

Rural locations: up to 13 business days.

Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO.

Two delivery options at checkout

Front Door: the driver brings the item to your front door. They will not unpack the item.

White Glove: the driver brings the item into the room of your choice, unpacks it, and disposes of any packaging you don’t want. This isn’t always recommended in case you need to return the item.

Inspect before signing. Open the boxes and inspect the contents (plug in the TV) before signing for the delivery. Don’t assume the item is fine just because the packaging isn’t damaged. If you spot damage, refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service department immediately. If you discover concealed damage after signing, stop unpacking and keep all packaging materials — they’re required to file a claim.

Some orders require an adult’s signature on delivery. This protects high-value items from theft. There’s no extra charge — Newegg covers it.

You’ll see the signature requirement listed at checkout if your order qualifies. It can’t be removed.

Will the signature requirement apply to my whole order?

Only to packages that contain the pre-selected high-value items. Items that ship separately won’t require a signature.

Can I remove the signature requirement?

No. It’s there to protect both you and Newegg from theft of high-value items. You don’t pay for it — Newegg covers the charge.

Can I add a signature requirement to any order?

The signature option isn’t available for every product. If it’s available for your order, you’ll see it listed at checkout.

What if I miss the delivery?

For UPS, after at least one delivery attempt you can pick up the package at your local UPS hub. Bring a valid ID, and call UPS ahead with your tracking number to confirm the address and pickup hours.

Shipped by Seller

The seller handles processing and ships your order directly — not Newegg. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

Contact the seller for anything related to your order — cancellations, returns, claims, or general questions. They’re best equipped to help.

Shipping restrictions: not eligible for PO Box addresses. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO is at the seller’s discretion.

Shipped by Newegg

Some Marketplace items are picked, packed, and shipped by Newegg even though they’re sold by a third-party seller. For shipping, return, or general inquiries on these orders, contact Newegg — not the seller. You’ll see a “Shipped by Newegg” label on the product page when this applies.

Newegg International Shipping Program (NISP)

If your tracking number starts with NISP, your order was shipped through our international forwarding program. Marketplace orders or specific international orders first ship to a Newegg forwarding location before continuing to your overseas destination. Click Track Shipment on the Newegg site for full status.
