When you return an item, your refund may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition of the item, the reason for return and other stated guidelines.

When an item is returned; the time needed to inspect and process your return depends on the kind of item, and testing required.

Combo items can be returned for a replacement or a refund. The full amount will be refunded when combo items are returned. You also have the option to keep the combo item, and a discount will be subtracted from your refund.

Newegg.com offers returns for most items within 30 days of an order’s invoice date. You can set up a return online or by contacting Newegg Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

Please make sure that the products you are returning are placed in their original product packaging/retail box with all accessories, with all retail/product packaging (original Styrofoam, inner boxes, fasteners, etc).
