If your order is on hold because of a declined payment, you can quickly resubmit it — through your account or through the “Payment Authorization Failed” email we sent. Pick whichever is easiest.
Resubmit From Your Account
1. Sign in and open Order History.
Sign in to your Newegg account, then open Order History and click on the declined order.
2. Click “On Hold — Payment Declined.”
You’ll see this in red lettering on the order page. As a security measure, you’ll be asked to sign in once more.
3. Re-enter your payment and billing info.
Update your card details or billing address, then submit. Your order will be reprocessed.
Resubmit From the Email
1. Open the “Payment Authorization Failed” email.
Look in your inbox for the email from Newegg about the declined payment.
2. Click the “Resubmit Payment” button.
You’ll be taken to a sign-in page, then a form to re-enter your payment and billing info.
