Warranty & Returns

Most products sold on Newegg are covered by both Newegg’s return policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty. You’ll find all the details under the Warranty & Returns tab on each product page, which is split into three parts:

Return Policies — the item’s Newegg return policy.

Warranty — the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

Manufacturer Contact Info — how to reach the manufacturer (see the Contact the Manufacturer tab for more).

How to find the tab

On desktop, scroll down the product page to the row of tabs and click Warranty & Returns. In the mobile app, scroll down the product page until you reach the Warranty & Returns section and tap to expand it.

Third-party warranties

For certain items, warranty support beyond the Newegg return policy is provided by a third-party service provider rather than the product manufacturer. You can tell when additional warranty details and the provider’s contact information appear under the Warranty section of the Warranty & Returns tab.

Specs & Details

Product specifications, model info, and other details are listed under the Specs tab on every product page.

On desktop

1. Open the product page and scroll down past the images, pricing, and buy options.

2. Find the row of tabs — Overview, Specs, and Reviews.

3. Click Specs to view the full specifications table, including model number, dimensions, and technical details.

On the mobile app

1. Tap the product to open its page.

2. Scroll down past the images and purchase options to the Specs section.

3. Tap it to expand the complete list of specifications and product details.

Contact the Manufacturer

For warranty service, product support, or technical questions about a specific item, you’ll usually want to reach the manufacturer directly. Here’s how to find their contact info on Newegg.

From the product page

1. Open the item’s product page — search for it or open it from your order history.

2. Click the Warranty & Returns tab, near the top alongside Overview, Specs, and Reviews.

3. Look under Manufacturer Contact Info — it typically lists the manufacturer’s product page, website, support phone number, and support website.

Marketplace items: If you bought from a third-party Marketplace seller, the right contact for support is usually the seller, not the manufacturer. Click the seller’s name on the product page to message them through Newegg.
