Due to an increase of returns at this time of year, it may take our returns warehouse up to 5 business days to process your return as “Received”. Your return tracking number may show as delivered to our RMA warehouse but your package is still waiting to be handled by our Returns team.
- If your return package shows delivered to our Returns warehouse, please rest assured that we will be processing your return as “Received” as soon as possible.
- Once we process your return as “Received”, you will be sent an email notification with further details about your return.
