This policy only applies to products that are listed on the Newegg.com website or the Newegg mobile application
(collectively, referred to as the “Site”) as “Sold and Shipped by Newegg” that will be shipped internationally.
For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through Newegg’s Marketplace platform and not “Sold and Shipped by Newegg” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is shipped directly by the Marketplace seller. Check the Newegg Marketplace seller’s policy for the shipping policy of the individual Marketplace seller. Please note that the processing time, excluding shipping, for Marketplace Items is 2-15 business days.

General Shipping Terms
These are Newegg’s General Shipping Terms that apply to all domestic shipping options.
- Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
- Delivery times are measured in business days.
- All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
- The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
- We do not process orders on Saturdays or U.S. holidays.
- While Newegg and our shippers will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time,
international customs processing may occasionally delay shipments.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
We require a signature upon delivery of all international purchases.
World EggSaver Standard is a shipping method available for all of our Newegg Global customers.
World EggSaver Standard
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your package has been picked up by the

World EggSaver Express
- Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after your package has been picked up by
- Claim filing time is 15 days.
Deliveries in Australia
For deliveries in Australia, depending on the weight of the package, Newegg ships the packages using either Australia eParcel or Star Track Express.
- For shipments less than 20KG, it will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel.
- If a shipment weighs between 20KG and 40KG, it will be delivered by Star Track Express.

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Newegg invoice. Unless you are a Consumer, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product as those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Newegg.
If you are a Consumer, any enhanced shipping fees may not be refundable in the case of a returned product.
Newegg does not cross-ship products under any circumstances.
Risk of Loss and Passing of Title
Newegg will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to you, Free Carrier (F.C.A.) risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the product(s) – excepting software – will also pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. You agree to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. Newegg will advise you of estimated shipping dates, but Newegg will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Newegg and you.
Newegg shall have no responsibility or liability for any claim of non-delivery of shipment in any of the following instances: (i) delivery to a hub pickup location where Newegg has proof of delivery to such hub pickup location; (ii) delivery to a freight forwarder where Newegg has proof of delivery to such freight forwarder; (iii) an invalid or incorrect address was supplied to Newegg during order checkout; or (iv) any other instance where Newegg has proof of delivery to the address provided during order checkout and such shipment is redirected by you (or your agent/representative) subsequent to delivery.
