FAQs regarding recent changes to Newegg in-house mail-in rebates

What happened?

The rebate processing center that was handling our in-house rebates unfortunately has abruptly discontinued processing rebates.

What if I’ve already submitted my rebate?

Your rebate will be automatically processed directly by Newegg. Once we receive your rebate request and verify eligibility, you will receive an email advising you of the status. If your rebate is approved, you will be sent an email which will give the opportunity to choose either (1) a Newegg Store Credit that can be used anywhere on Newegg that is to be issued within 3 – 5 business days or (2) a rebate check which is processed within 4 to 6 weeks.

What do I need to do if I haven’t submitted my rebate?

Once we receive a rebate request and verify eligibility, you will receive an email advising you of the status. When your rebate is approved, you will be given either (1) a Newegg Store Credit that can be used anywhere on Newegg that is to be issued within 3 – 5 business days or (2) a rebate check which is processed within 4 to 6 weeks depending on what you chose at the time the form was submitted.
