Statutory Rights under Argentine Consumer Law
If you are a Consumer, the limitations specified below in respect of returns will not apply to you. Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts, modifies, limits or overrides your rights under Argentine Consumer Law such as: legal warranties, information rights, fair treatment and withdrawal of acceptance. As for withdrawal of acceptance, consumer has the right to revoke without liability the purchase made for a ten (10) calendar day period to be counted from the moment the good was delivered or the contract was closed, whatever occurs later. This right may not be dispensed or waived. Consumer must duly inform this to the Marketplace Seller or Newegg (as it may correspond) and make the purchased good available to seller. Return fees are endured by Marketplace Seller or Newegg (as it may correspond). It should be noted that the good must be available without having been used and kept in the same state that it was received by consumer. Marketplace Seller or Newegg (as it may correspond) must refund all received fees to the consumer.
Australia
Statutory Rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the products and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired, replaced or refunded if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In the event of a minor failure, Newegg reserves the right to choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.
Your product may also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These warranty and protection plans may be provided by third-party services providers and may have their own set of terms and conditions. Under Singapore consumer protection law, if the products are faulty within 6 months after they were delivered to you, you may request that we repair or replace the products. We will endeavor to repair or replace the products within a reasonable time and without causing significant inconvenience to you, and will bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including the cost of any labor, materials or postage). If we are unable to repair or replace the products, or if repairing / replacing the product would be a disproportionate remedy in comparison to another remedy available to you under Singapore law, you may be entitled to a price reduction of an appropriate amount (if you choose to keep the product), or a refund (if you choose to reject the product).

Changing your mind
Under Korean consumer protection law, a Consumer who has concluded a contract with a seller on the purchase of products/services/digital content may cancel the contract within the period provided for in the following subparagraphs:
- 7 days from the date of receiving a document on the contents of the contract (provided that when the supply of the goods has been performed after the delivery of such a document, seven days from the date the goods have been supplied or the supply of the services/digital content has begun); or
- If the document referred to in sub-paragraph (1) does not arrive or does not include Newegg’s address or where the cancellation at sub-paragraph (1) cannot apply due to change in Newegg’s address, then 7 days from the date the Consumer knew or could have known the address of Newegg; or,
- 7 days from the date the interference has ended, where any interference with cancellation of orders has existed.
The 7 day periods above may be extended by agreement between you and Newegg – where this has been agreed, the extended period shall apply.

However, in any of the following cases, no Consumer may cancel an order if one of the following is met:
- Where the products have been destroyed or damaged due to a cause attributable to the Consumer (provided that this shall not apply where the package has been damaged to check the contents of the Products);
- Where the value of the products has substantially decreased due to the Consumer’s use or partial consumption;
- Where the value of the products has substantially decreased due to the elapse of time, making resale difficult or impossible;
- Where the package of copiable goods has been destroyed;
- Where the provision of any services or digital content has commenced (provided that this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such services or digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content);
- Where the products are produced individually pursuant to the order of the Customer, cancellation of the order is expected to cause considerable loss to the seller, and the seller has notified the Consumer that the order cannot be cancelled and obtained the consent of the Consumer in writing (including e-mail).

Upon purchasing goods or services, you have a right to terminate the contract by delivering a written letter to us stating your intention to terminate the contract within 7 days from the date that you receive the goods or services to the direct sale business operator or direct marketing business operator.
Refund Period
Upon your election to terminate the contract in accordance with the paragraph above, we will refund the full amount of price that you paid upon the purchase of such goods or services within 15 days from the date that your termination letter is received by us.
