Most returns can be canceled in just a few clicks from your Account Dashboard. To make a change to an existing return, simply cancel it and create a new one. Follow the steps below to edit or cancel your return.
Cancel a Return
1. Sign in to your Newegg account.
Go to your Account Dashboard and open Return Status/History.
2. Locate the return you’d like to cancel.
Find the return in your list and click Cancel Return. Your return request will be canceled right away.
Edit a Return
1. Cancel your existing return.
Use the Cancel a Return steps above to remove the current return request.
2. Create a new return.
Open your Order History, locate the original order, and start a new return with the updated details. If you’d like help, our Customer Service team is happy to assist.
Canceling a Guest Order Return
1. Look up your guest order here.
Enter the email address used to place the order, then enter the 6-digit security code sent to that email.
2. Open the Returns tab.
Click the Returns tab to view any active return requests on the order.
3. Cancel the return.
Find the return number you’d like to cancel and click Cancel Return. The request will be canceled and you’ll receive a confirmation.
