When will I get my free gift?
Physical free gifts will be shipped out like a normal order. Digital gifts will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the physical items have shipped.
To remove an offer:
- You can remove a free item by unchecking the “Add this offer to cart” button on the product page or from within your shopping cart.
- If there is more than 1 free gift, you cannot choose to keep one gift and remove the rest. If you remove one free gift, the others associated with the primary item will also be removed.
- Contact our customer service team if you run into any issues adding or removing a Free item from your cart.
Important: Free gifts are limited to one per individual and one per household. Multiple claims, requests, or redemptions from the same person or household address will be considered ineligible.
